On the road to Denali

The drive today was quite pleasant. The new hitch has made a big difference, no more bouncing around. The roads were also good. Travelled along roads that had fireweed growing on both sides of the highway. Fireweed is everywhere. It is the first plant to grow after a forest fire and is so pretty. There were two look outs on the way with views of Denali.... if the clouds aren't there. The mountain is so high it makes its own clouds so it is hard to see the top on most days.
